All domestic shipments under 16 ounces will be sent via USPS First-Class Mail. All larger shipments and Poster Tubes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 4-10 business days for your domestic package to arrive.

All international shipments under 4 pounds will be sent via USPS International First-Class Mail. All larger shipments and Poster Tubes will be sent via UPS Standard Mail.

Please allow 8-14 business days for your domestic package to arrive.

Please type postage address carefully, any user errors are not the responsibility of SPV.

You will be updated with a confirmation email and tracking once your order has been packed / shipped.

In the event that you are unhappy with you purchase. SPV only accepts exchanges on items that are in 100% original condition (In the condition you received your item(s). Meaning, new, unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition). SPV only accepts exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges out side of this time will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or the item does not fit, in this event, we can offer an exchange for another size or item, or a credit to use at a later date.

To organize a return, please contact worthey@southpawvetsd.com within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be contacted with for further information. Only at this point may you return your items(s) to SPV. Any returns sent without prior contact and authorization from SPV will be returned to sender.

All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be required to cover both the postage cost to SPV, and back to your address. SPV is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged whilst in transit, so we recommend you use registered post. If you are located in San Diego, you can bring any return to the clinic at no charge.
